Overview

The Portal is a platform that allows you to carry out a manual process to generate links.

Important

The Portal is only available for processes related to the IDUnico flow (No orchestration with Check).

Portal access guidelines

For access in UAT:

When the customer is deploying the system for the first time or testing new internal flows, they can have access in homologation. This access is granted to users who are carrying out the tool's deployment process, i.e. the users responsible for the project who are in contact with Unico's Project Manager (onboarding).

**For access in production

When the client is fully operational, it can have production access. This access is granted to users who need to view ID results, send Message Flows or create access links, always with the knowledge of the account's CSM.

Step by step for access in UAT:

  1. in the process of implementation, inform the responsible Project Manager of the need for a new user.
  2. Explain the reason for the new user / service account and wait for the creation process.

Step by step for production access:

  2. IDUnico only has one access profile, so don't worry about entering the profile.
  3. Wait for the CX team to respond, which on average responds within an hour.
