Generate Link

This guide provides details on how to generate an authentication link. The authentication link can be sent directly to users using only their CPF.

Prerequisites:

  • Have permission to log in to the Portal.
  • Be in the Portal's Processes screen.

To generate the authentication link, follow these steps:

  1. On the Processes screen, click on the icon with a + sign at the top of the screen on the right-hand side.
  2. Click on Generate link to generate the authentication link.
  3. Fill in the CPF and cell phone number of the user who will receive the link.
  4. Choose how you want to send the link, SMS or WhatsApp.
  5. Click on Continue to send it, or click on Cancel to cancel the process.
  6. A link is generated, click on Complete.
